This September, we’re testing extended studio hours on Fridays and Saturdays, keeping the studios open until 10 PM. Book your evening session as usual through our booking system. Let the creativity flow – and treat yourself to a drink at the bar afterwards.

Next up in On Screen – art on the move is photographer Kicki Lundgren. Kicki’s works Floating and Winter Dip, exploring people and their relationship with water, open on September 22 at 6 PM and will be shown on our large LED screen until October 20. Starting this autumn, On Screen is a visual gallery space where contemporary artists showcase their work on The Node’s 16-square-metre LED screen, visible to tens of thousands of people passing through Sergelgången. The idea behind On Screen is to make visual art accessible to more people and spark curiosity about contemporary video art and photographic slideshows. A text displayed in The Node’s window introduces the work and the artist to those who stop and take a closer look. October 26 – November 23 Akram Mahmod November 26 – December 23 Lisa Pettersson

Get your lederhosen ready. From October 1–3, Oktoberfest is coming to The Node. Beer, sausages, live music, sing-alongs and everything else that belongs to the tradition. Thursday night we have games & fun. It will be loud! Fortunately The Node has no neighbours that compalin. Friday will be live music with the amazing band Marie Voltaire (despite the name they will be PERFECT for the occassion) Saturday we start already in the afteroon. Ideal if you've been out shopping and need some German relaxation with beers and friends! Prost!

Things are getting jazzy under the fountain! We’re filling The Node with jazz this October: a jazz lunch with our house band Trio Van Funk on October 10, German Nager on October 12, and Kulturskolan’s jazz ensemble on October 13. Come jazz with us under the fountain!
